*waiting for gentrifiers and their cheerleaders to say how its a blessing walmart didnt open and those spaces need to be filled with a whole foods or a yes!organic instead*

Actually, Yes! organic Market tried having a store at Penn & Minn Avenues, just east of the Anacostia bridge, but it closed down last year.

Most businesses do not like to open locations in areas with crime issues. Do you disagree?
