We've established that some folks on here dont like living in the DC area. I'm planning for sure on moving out of the DC area. For those who are leaving I just want to take a poll of when are you moving outta here.
I'm planning on leaving in '09.
Also, if you are happy in DC and dont like anyone who ain't happy with DC, then please dont invest your time in this thread. This one is just for the folks who DON'T want to live here.
I do plan on moving out of DC in the future and sometimes get frustrated here, but in the end the positives outweigh the negative. I've had more opportunities to meet people, do all sorts of activities, and make more money here, so I can't complain.
So I guess that means I shouldn't be in this thread. . .
The second after I graduate (May 2009), I'm gettting a one-way ticket to somewhere out west. From the experiences in my university and what I've heard about how many young Washingtonians are, I've about reached my limit. Although there are plenty of work opportunities around here, I have no interest in working in the gov't (especially neither the Bush nor Hillary Clinton administrations). And even if this is one of the best places for singles in the country (accoring to some magazines and websites), if all of the women are either mad-partiers, spoiled brats, aggressive a-types, and immature know-it-alls, what's the use. There are some places that I'll miss though.

I-95 consider it a verb.
