Hello,

I am looking at the neighborhood near Potomac station on 14th, North of Pennsylvania. Any experiences with the late night crowd when the sun goes down?

I noticed most houses have the bars on the outside of the windows. Is it best practice to have an alarm on most houses? Is an alarm without bars on the windows enough?

Walked the neighborhood in the day and one evening around 6 and it seams fine. Looking for where it gets dicy are far as block by block.
Area around Safeway in particular..

Thanks
