The family and I are going to DC for vacation March 8th-12th and I was looking at purchasing tickets for the "Old Town Trolley" for a 2 day pass. I'm reading reviews on another website. They're pretty mixed. Some think it was great while others seem to dispise the idea of using them due to the waiting time for trolleys because of full trolleys. Anyone know if March is a good time to use someone like this?

March is not a super-busy time in DC -- that comes in April and May -- so I think you'll be fine. You might also look into the Tourmobile if you want to comparison shop.
