Wink Correction on Blue Mountain

That would be Bluewood Mountain Si resort outside of Dayton Washington. Also, can you tell me what kind of road it is to the place and how many miles from Dayton. Thanks

It's not much of a ski resort. Certainly not compared to other hills in the Northwest. It's not all that high either only about 5,000 feet I think. Conditions likely aren't going to be near as good as your probably used to.

Default Bluewood

Thanks, Brutal Attack for your reply. We live near Tamarack ski resort and was just thinking of relocating but, it needs to be near a ski resort and when this resort is done I'm sure others won't even compare.

Yeah going from Tamarak or even Bogus to Bluewood would be like giving up a Mercedes for a Yugo.

Brutal attack,
Have you been to Anthony's Ski Resort in Oregon. These are more to make my 14 yr old happy. He would like to move to Mt. Hood but, doesn't realize the cost of living around a ski resort. Within just this year living here in Valley county has gone up so much that us locals are wondering how long we can hold out. The work is good but, the cost of everything is way out of line. Our gas is $3.49 we drive down to Boise and see it for at least a month ago $2.97 just doesn't make since. Thanks

No I've never been there. My friend has summited Mt. Hood a couple of times so I'll ask him what he knows of the town. One thing to remember, the cost of living in Idaho is almost always going to be lower than any other state, Oregon for sure. There may be no sales tax in Oregon but they more than make up for it in other areas. Idaho is one of the least taxed states and products and services are simply cheaper than almost anywhere else.
