Hi. There are thousands of cities, towns and villages in the large state of Washington. I advise you to do some in-depth factual internet research, because climates, population densities, job resources, accessibility in winter, quality of school districts, and cultural resources vary from area to area. Here's a start:

I enjoyed living in Bellingham. I am considering a move there in a few years once I have earned my degree and have ample money to purchase a home. The area has grown in recent years and real estate is more expensive, but the friendships and recreational offerings make it perfect and suitable to meet most of my needs.

I realize the last post here is back in 2008 and it is now 2010, but happened through here, on my way to my current state's forum, as I like to check back in occasionally with the state where I spent the first half of my life. Specifically, my first 21 years were spent in Bremerton, WA, in the same house even. It is not now the place I grew up in and so has no real current interest for me, just sentimental past memories that will never fade, and some current friends and relatives. I would add it to the extensive list provided earlier as a decent place to live, well apart from the bustle of Seattle/Tacoma but easily accessed from those two places, either by car or ferry. Not sure why it got left off the list there, but being as it is reasonably close to Seattle thought I would put a mention in for it. It has, in fact, come up in the world since I was growing up there and I seem to recall at some point in years gone by it made somebody's top ten list of places to move to in the country. It has it's good and bad points, but is well worth a look when considering a move to the general Seattle/Tacoma area, particularly if cost is a feature. From what I gather currently, rates are well above what I would be paying for rent in my current area, but it has always seemed to me that if it costs so much in Bremerton, it will be a lot more in Seattle as far as housing goes.
