I'm looking for short term apartments in Edmonds. We will be living in an apartment long enough to find a house and purchase it. Six month and under leases would be great. A year only if necessary.

Are there any undesirable areas to stay away from? We will be renting site unseen.

Thanks, you guys are great!

You are fine anywhere in Edmonds. When you get to Highway 99, it becomes less desirable.

Thanks I was worried about 99 because of all the talk I had read about it. We will stay back a little.

I know someone renting a nice 4 br 3 ba house for under $1,500 off of 148th/Norma Beach. It's a really nice, quiet area west of 44th. It's just above the Lynnwood border and a little less expensive.
