Heard from one realtor that they'd start opening for pre-sale in February 2014, but their Web site just says construction would start "soon" (same phrasing as news stories, likely from press releases, dating back to at least Sept.). Any word on when construction will start?
Quadrant has developments in many places, and see saw those at Port Orchard and Poulsbo, and the jRidge at Gig Harbor. In most, the houses were rather close together. Setting at Bonney Lake looked better. Is this typical of Quadrant? May also look at Lake Stevens, where the same homes cost more; due to proximity to Seattle?
