I am looking for a place that is a building and can hold around at least 80 people, and cheap to rent say under $600 ideally. I am pretty much open to anything, and I would prefer a kitchen in it but if not it isn't a big deal. Thank you in advance.

That's a pretty low budget. Most will be about 3-4 times that much. You might try the Hollywood Schoolhouse in Hollywood, and get by for not much more than that if you do it during the week. Other than that, most churches with a big hall attached could be in that price range.

The Port Gamble church (formerly Episcopalian) is charming. There is a kitchen, outside covered area, and is quaint but large enough for that many people. The setting can't be beat. It is a little out of the way but worth the trip.

The Pagoda at Point Defiance Park in Tacoma is a great place for a wedding, but it'll cost 800-1000, depending on the time of year.
