We are a young family, 32 years old. We currently have our first home and have lived in here for 8 years. We are about to put it on the market. My husband and I have talked about this being our last home. I have lived North for 20 years, born and raised in Seattle.
We like the Mill Creek area due to schools, and it's central to everything.

Is there anything you would like to share with us about this community? Anything we should know?

Thank you for any advice or suggestions.

I live in Mill Creek and love it. However, I wouldn't say it's central to everything - but I guess it depends on where you're usually spending time. It's central as long as you're not always going to the Eastside or Seattle.

But Mill Creek has a nice community feel to it, it has a great Town Center with nice restaurants and shops, it has great grocery options, and it's convenient to shopping for everything else in Alderwood or Everett. The schools are the gems of the Everett School District. And you get nice homes here for your money. It's also very pretty and green here. The design of the community is why we ultimately chose it over Mukilteo.

We love going to Seattle and Bellevue, but my husband refuse to move there. Since all our friends and family are here. And you're right about it being central North.

I love the community feel as well. We currently live not too far from Mill Creek so we are very familiar with the area. It's just we don't live in that area.
