Are you talking up in Hollywood Acres or further east into Snoqualmie valley?

Bridal Trails (look for Bridal Trails State Park) is another area you might look. Not as big of lots or part of an idyllic small town, but much closer to amenities. I'm pretty sure you'd exclude it, but you might check just to be sure. Be prepared to spend some big $$$ to move into that area for a lot big enough to keep a horse.

I think Duvall/Carnation and that area is likely to be your best bet.

Thank you for all of your input, and I will check out each of the advised areas.

It will be interesting to see what the economy is like after four years of either Obama or McCain. Who knows whether I'll be able to afford to move, depending on who wins?

Thanks again.
