We are looking to buy a home on miller mountain road just out of fruitland. Anyone know and experienced wintertime driving all winter long in these areas? I don't mean drive through once I mean all the time. We live in puyallup wa and are sick of this side of the mtns. Time to go back to the east side. We love it there Thanks

Have you talked with any of the neighbors near the house you're buying? I would think they'd be the best ones to talk with about local conditions. I can't imagine it's much different than winter driving anywhere else in Eastern Washington - get good snow tires, find out who plows your road (or if you need to plow yourself), and stay inside unless you really need to go somewhere.
