My sister in law has bought her retirement home and a vacation rental in Ocean Shores and we are thinking of doing the same. The cottage she bought is 1 of 3 on a single lot. We are thinking about buying a lot and building as well. What are the rules regarding how large a lot we would need to build 2 or 3 cottages? I've done a fair bit of searching and not really seeing anything regarding this.
