whidbey island real estate
Whidbey Island is divided into three sections, south where there is expensive real estate, ferry is there to mainland/Seattle/Everett, central where there is the county seat, ferry to Port Townsend, hospital and lots of families, north is where the Naval base is and new developments. There are something like 220 agents island wide! Interview them first, some try, some don't. Cpldwell Banker or Windemere. There are some good independent agents too. It is a beautiful island!
