I've been looking at properties on Kitsap Peninsula, namely near Seabeck, and on aerial views I see this big undeveloped chunk of land west of Big Beef Creek. Does anyone know what that is? Reserve land? Land waiting to be developed?

It's bordered on the north by Larson Ln. NW
and Glory Lane on the west.

On most real estate aerial maps you have the option to view parcels, boundaries already lined-out. That big chunk does not appear to have parcels delineated....so I wondered what that big piece of land was, or if it will remain undeveloped. Anyone know??? I can't find any description on it, marking it as park space or anything either

I wonder because given the sliding scale of property taxes based on county averages, and how new development coming in can raise local prop taxes significantly under that circumstance.....I just wonder if that could happen in that area.
