I am very interested in moving to Washington state, but i dont know what city to move to. I wont be moving till next summer. Any ideas on what the best towns and most affordable apartments are?

Hi wanderlust18 - You really need to help out the resources to get some good replies. It would help for you to tell people if you work...what kind of work...what activities do you like...what kind of climate are you seeking...what do you mean by affordable apartments? Do you mean under $3000 a month...$500 a month. Washington is a big, diverse state with regard to climatology, politics, socio-economic measures...etc.

So the $875 a month one in Auburn would be the one that lands you the closest to Seattle.

Don't know if it applies to you or not, since you didn't give us much to go on, but there are quite a few older Arkies in the Wenatchee area. They moved there in the 60's and 70's to work the orchards and never left.
