I'm looking to increase my network of property owners and managers looking to quickly fill vacancies throughout Snohomish county. What's the catch? There's always a catch...

I work with young men and women ages 18-24 who are currently homeless and lack the necessary resources to secure a place on their own. I screen out the nonsense and carefully select the individuals who are motivated and capable of self-sufficiency given the opportunity. I provide up to 2X the deposit fee and provide ongoing rental support ensuring on time rent to my partnering landlord. Once the young man/woman is housed, my focus is on you the landlord to ensure a positive experience. I am here to address and mitigate your core business concerns while simultaneously working closely with these young people to secure employment and educational opportunities. I provide weekly home visits to keep them on track while also ensuring lease compliance and good neighborly conduct.

There's a lot more to this of course, however for the many landlords who are currently partnering with me on this project, their vacancies are filled quickly, costs reduced, business concerns addressed and they are providing these young men and women what they need most; an opportunity!
