If the Raccoons and Coyotes in your area can do that, run for your life, run Now!

Another cat has been mutilated, this time near the 600 block of of Lilly Road Southeast in Olympia. There is a combined reward of $21,000 offered for information leading to the arrest of the killer or killers. It seems like the killer hangs around the city and county trails since many of the incidents are close to those trails.

A thought just occurred ta me: everyone in the Olympia area owning a cat or cats needs to get them indoors and keep those babies indoors until this moron has been caught. We don't want any more cats dying awful deaths like this!

Cats should be kept inside anyway. There are many coyotes, cougars and bears all over, more so recently with new construction going on that like to eat cats, and at times even a bald eagle will scoop one up.

So very true. A cat rescue place in Colorado put out a flyer years ago that said cats live an average of 7 yrs longer if kept inside. And then it showed photos of the horrible things that could happen to the poor outdoor kitties.
