I will be visiting my son who has just moved to Marysville, and am hoping some folks can give me ideas how best to get to north Marysville from the Seattle airport. I could rent a car, but was wondering if there's any sort of rail service, safe and dependable public transportation or other options. I'm guessing an Uber/Lyft would probably be pretty expensive. Thanks.

You can take Link to Westlake station and then bus to Everett (512). There is also a bus to Marysville (421) from downtown during rush hour.

I would look into Airport Shuttle service. Door to door - I'll never travel any other way again.

Thanks Diana. Train and bus seem very slow and convoluted so it looks as though my choices will be to do as you suggest or rent a car.

Right! I'm with ya. I admit, in a strange town I don't want to try to figure out public transportation, I want a ride to the door and I'll pay a little more for it.

It looks like there are a few airport shuttles that serve up there, I wish I could recommend a particular one over the others, but I'm in the south end, and it's out of my area.

There should be an airport shuttle that stops at the Tulalip.

Thanks. That's an interesting option. I'll look into it.

Easiest way is to fly into Paine Field, not SeaTac. United and Alaska Air fly into Paine Field. (Everett)

I need to fly Alaska, and unfortunately I would have to fly from Tampa to Seattle to Portland to Paine Field. There are no flights from Seattle to PAE. Which is pretty strange. Thanks though.

Yes, it's called Bellair Airporter and goes from Sea-Tac.
