It's sounds like these logistics snafus are becoming common.

A high level official called the government of Thailand to asked for PPE equipment and the thai official on the end of the line said,

"But uhm.....we just received your second shipment of PPE this afternoon."


(There was a post and list about it on C-D.)

Different agencies and within 1 agencies mis-communication, it seems.

Yeah, I'm sure China and Russia are taking notes on this.

Exactly! I raised this issue on a thread. Why are we sending supplies abroad, when we're desperate for them ourselves? The right hand knows not what the left hand is doing. It's not only embarrassing, it's exacerbating a public health emergency here at home.
