Default Who is next in line after inslee

If Jay jumps we get Denny Heck as governor. But he would have to get re elected in November of ‘21. And guess what? He would beat Culp as well.

I heard him talking on NPR today... he sounded reluctant, even unwilling. Seems like he thinks he will be happier in Washington state as opposed to Washington DC. I don’t think he’s going anywhere.
