No snow but the birdbaths and outdoor water had ice on them this morning. I have friends in the area that are still without power (since last Friday) and using their woodstoves to keep warm/cook.

Other than the wind I like this weather.
I’m in a California storm right now with rain coming down sideways and I am missing the weather up in Washington.
We seldom get non stop buckets of rain at our place.
Days like these are nice for a cozy fire but I tend to hide in the shop.
Gonna have to put a wood burning stove in there .

A bit chilly but beautiful today in Vancouver. Nice day to get outside. Sunrise had really cool foggy mist intermingled with sun and blue skies. Sunset was colorful also. A friend in Coeur d'Alene shared pictures of snow they just got. Vancouver is balmy (upper 40s) in comparison.

Sunny but chilly today… Hubby took a nice picture of our maples turning color. And the eagle trees! No Eagles up there in the picture, but they were seen off and on during the day, carrying sticks like they are doing their normal maintenance activities on the nest! :-)

It’s clear and a chilly 29 degrees this morning in unincorporated Clallam County.

Clear and chilly here too! And good conditions for taking pictures of our eagle pair this morning, except for the frozen fingers...

Upper 20s this morning and sunny. I prefer this clear, cold weather to the soggy gloom. It's easier to dress in warm clothes when they don't also have to be waterproof.

Edited to add- there are still people without power on Camano Island (since last Fri.) and that is a bummer for them with this cold.

That's pretty crazy to be without power when its dropping below freezing. I'm not sure if most homes on Camano Island have traditional fireplaces vs. gas in the newer ones. But that might be their only heat source.

Its cold in Vancouver as well. Woke up to frost. It eventually got sunny and reached upper 40s in the PM. Here's a pic from this morning. brrr....

My wife hasn’t left the property in a few days.
Last night she went out and there was still a couple inches of snow everywhere except on our property.
It basically started when you entered the public roads and went quite a ways.
I think the road is about 100 feet higher in elevation than our house.

Sounds like you guys got a good share of it over there. I've seen other folks posting pics of the snow around your area. I guess it came from another angle than the rainshadow path the storms normally take that way.
