Perfect for late season planting. I need to get out there quick! Before it dumps like crazy.

What are you planting in June?

I'm actually doing lawn work, weeding, thatching and then overseeding. We're introducing some new elements to our lawn including microclover. Long term, I would like to migrate it to more eco friendly lawn alternatives from standard grasses. Eco-lawns & Meadows

That's great! We have a mixed clover/grass front lawn. This year there's extra time to seed grass with the cool wet spring. That's one silver lining. Tomatoes, on the other hand, aren't happy about the weather.

We're getting some sun breaks between rain bands. Temps are mild. Our spring flowers love this mixed weather.

Pics of flooding in Port Townsend here: https://komonews.com/news/local/floo...-port-townsend

It's gray and pouring rain here north of Everett. Mt. Vernon was getting dumped with rain as well, so much it was hard to see the road. We should get a sun break this week, though.

Yikes. Grey and cool... feels more like March than June, but it hasn't been raining like that!

Wow, that's pretty crazy for June! We definitely didn't see that kind of flooding rain further south. It was more off again on again with sun in between. Today is sunny and beautiful out down here. Seattle looks nice too from the Space Needle cam. Hopefully, you will dry out up north too.

It’s nice here too today - been out watching and listening to the eagles. We had a pretty thick fog this morning for a few hours until it burned off.

We had lots of spring rain like this in the late 80s, 1990 so it's not unheard of, but it would be nice to get a dry stretch. So far this morning is dry and pleasant. A couple hours of sun, now the clouds have rolled in and it's overcast.
