I agree with you.. i moved to Seattle a year and a half ago from Michigan and still have no one to hang with.. people are not very accepting here so i was thinking of moving to Bellingham or somewhere else in Washington but don't know if it will be any different.. i have lived in other citys including Denver & San Diego and never had a problem making friends like i do here.. maybe Bellingham people will be more accepting.. ill keep my fingers crossed...

i guess bellingham is friendlier than seattle -i dont know

but i dont have a wife or girlfriend -hard to find my type maybe

if i was to move where would i go?maybe oregon,but its tiring and hard to move when youre past 50

Seattle Washington is very similiar to San Francisco CA.

probably property taxes are out of control

last November i think it was on ballot

law of bill gates father-cap prop tax and have state income tax -i think

because the jerks here hate change even for the better, it didn't pass

Washington has no state income tax but has property tax that is out of control. Now they want a state income tax?

Wrong.

I-747 was passed many years ago to help cap the property tax, but the judges essentially gutted it and said it was unconstitutional.

Let's not even talk about the Gates' real intentions in RE: the income tax.
