Late May, the average hi/lo is low 70s/upper 40s with slight chances of precipitation.

Usually it's mild, low 70's partly sunny, nights in the low 50's to mid 40's. It can be a tad warmer, and it can also get a t-storm rolling through as well. Tough call this early. 70% chance of mild partly cloudy though Memorial Day weekend. This is 1172 feet up into the mountains you know, albeit the east side of the cascades.

Just came home from camping on Icicle creek today... been there since Thursday. It was cool in evening --- 40'ish... Friday Saturday Sunday around 75 degrees wonderful. The hills still have snow (acutally was snowing over pass on Thursday) ... the higer up cooler... Hiked in shorts all day - put them on by 10 am....

Be forwarned though if you don't have a reservation for camping spot you better try to make one. Half the campgrounds not accessable due to wash out of the road. The last campground on Icicle Creek is Ida that you can drive to now. People were driving all night long trying to find a spot on Friday - all were taken. Have fun!
