Elk, the bridge is in a park in Bellingham called Whatcom Falls Park. Hope this link doesn't break any rules, I know C-D can be a bit fussy on linking different sites.

Nice pics, fluffydelusions! Being over here in Kansas City there are woods - they just don't look like this! I miss my Pac. NW hikes at Lake 22-Mt.Pilchuck, Big Four Ice Caves, the Mountain Loop Highway, etc., etc. Thankfully KC is green everywhere with lots of trees and grass! And water fountains everywhere, too.
