19.1C at 1.05pm, just heard a very distant thunderstorm and had a slight drop of rain. Today's high is 20.6C at 00:01 last night, would be unusual for this time of year for the daily high to be then but wouldn't surprise me with the overcast skies and breeze not to get higher this afternoon. Overnight low 18.8C at around 5am.
Yoiiu luicky git i knew you would get thunder and up here weed get BUGGER ALL
Anyway here it's a freezing 16°C / 61°F and I will do the main report later this afternoon.

It really was the weediest thunderstorm ever though, probably 15-20 miles away. Sounded like a lorry going past more so than a thunderclap, though thunder it was. I think that's already about seven for the year already here, though only two or three decent big ones? (As you can imagine, I'm used to a couple of weedy ones a year and that's it.) I was expecting a proper light show (haven't seen a decent night show of continous thunder/lightning for years!) and torrential downpours last night, but got nothing.
Edit - BOOM!! A proper thunderstorm just started! There it goes again!

If you count a "weedy thunderstorm", then we've had 2 weedy nothings of T-storms this year and that's it. Nothing else at all. Buxton is the worst place in the world for thunderstorms. I actually don't think anywhere else gets fewer than here, apart from the poles.
I used to live in SE England too and there used to be 15 storms a year and maybe 4-5 good ones. And a real summer.
"This morning I presenced the worst cold of my life. Near home, just before the sun come up, it was an amazing 36ºF(2.4ºC). I also presenced a light frost over some cars parked around. AWESOME. BRAZIL'S GOT COLD!
