So, why does it feel like it's hotter? My A/C is set to 72°F and I'm still hot and sweating. I can normally survive with it set to 77°F I have no sun coming in my windows. I only get two hours of sun early in the morning. After that, glorious shade all day.
15.8C/60F and sunny at just before 9pm. I've spent today watching the Open golf, and the weather earlier on was perfect golf weather - wind gusting so strong you couldn't walk in a straight line at times, horizontal rain lashing everybody regardless of umbrella, low cloud rolling in off the sea, at times so cold you could see your own breath condense and the players and fans alike having to grit their teeth - obviously I've seen worse, but never in the middle of summer and certainly not at sea level in the south - I'm impressed this part of the world at this time of the year is even capable of proper weather like that!
That must have been interesting. Although rare, we've had similar conditions here in the middle of summer despite having an average high around 83 F.
Last time I watched a golf tournament, it was hot and extremely humid. Absolutely miserable. Best time for golf is spring or fall, IMO.
Overcast and 72, feels like 76, not as bad as they said, inland I'm sure it is warmer! Love Lake Michigan and being on the east side! East side of TR that is!
Makes me laugh, people saying, oh, you live on the "east" side! Pretty odd for a town of 12,000 to be divided up like a big city.
I'm sitting here with the windows open, and all I hear are AC's whirring away all over my neighborhood. These are the nights I love the ceiling fan. It really is pretty comfortable though the dewpoints will be rising the next few days.
