19.5C/67F and overcast at 2.15pm after a sunny start and a high of 20.2C earlier, making this the nicest day for a week! Rain predicted for the evening. Interesting reading all these reports about the heatwave only I've forgotten what those sort of temperatures feel like.

A heat index of 103F at 8am something in the morning. Funny, this morning the bus was packed like winter time, and I only live 15 min walk from downtown. Nobody wanted to venture a walk in this. The people who do walk are all glistening from sweat.
