I haven't experienced such a combination, nor do I want to. 90°F and 40% humidity isn't bad, though still hot.

I have and I loved it. I spent some time in the South of China and we had that combination during the summer I was there. As long as I had my water bottle with me, I was happier than a clam

No, I also would not want exactly the same conditions forever. I like somehere with a bit of seasonality.

So, I'll set a criterion for each of year:

Winter: 15C / 59F with scattered clouds, 80% humidity, 0-5mph wind. 20% or less chance of rain.

Spring: 24C / 75F and clear/sunny with 50% humidity, 10mph wind, 30% chance of rain.

Summer: 30C / 86F and mostly sunny wih 60% humidity and a high chance of a storm

Autumn: 25C / 77F and scattered clouds with 50% humidity, 15mph wind, 25% chance of rain.

Too vague really. For a better idea of what conditions I like see the "Dream Climatic Averages" thread, as it varies.

all other parameters the same; even the depoint is still identical.

I don't care what the heat index is with 96 F and 35% humidity.
I'm somewhat insensitive to humidity,
and that amount of humidity would feel dry-to-arid to me,
yet is humid enough to prevent dry, cracked skin
or to keep plants from drying out at an alarming-rate.
