I would have to say New Orleans or South Florida area. Very high amounts of rainfall, which makes humidity eve worse and almost every day is above 95 degrees from May to September!

This thread has given me a new-found appreciation for our 70°F summers. Combine that with nearly endless light and gentle sunshine and it's much better than what most of the world's population has to suffer through every year.
