Deja vu?

One year ago this coming weekend, we had the storm of the decade, or so we thought. Kids in the DC area had their winter vacation extended a week. Little did we know it was the first of several major storms for the season.

Think we will see a repeat?

What impressed me was how snow immediately stuck to the roads when we had a brief snow storm here in Northern Virginia last week. That is very unusual with a first snow of the season. Goes to show how cold the ground already is. So, I predict any snow storms we do get will stick around all winter. Not sure about snow totals. Will see what the Atlantic brings us.

*Sigh* Let the games begin, I was actually getting bored with this weather.

I'm done next week so why couldn't it happen after that?

I can't wait actually, which is crazy considering I hate winter.
