North America: Somewhere in southern inland Oregon, USA
South America: Southern coastal Chile
Europe: Tilburg, The Netherlands
Asia: Norhern coastal Japan
Africa: Ifrane, Morocco
Oceania: Souther Tasmania, Australia
North America: Portland
South America: Valdivia
Africa: Durban
Europe: Vigo
Asia: Batumi
Australia/Oceania: Auckland
It's so hard for me to find places with cool wet oceanic like winters and subtropical summers. Every place up there with the exception of Batumi seems to have serious drawbacks.

I thought you liked hotter summers than most of these. I remember that you liked the climate of Herceg Novi, Montenegro quite a bit.
North America: Williams Lake, B.C., Canada
South America: Valdivia, Chile
Europe: Donetsk, Ukraine
Asia: Chitral, Pakistan
Africa: Mananjary, Madagascar
Oceania: Wanaka, New Zealand
I'm not sure what I was thinking before but now my preferences are:
North America: Wilmington, North Carolina
South America: MedellÃn, Colombia
Europe: Podgorica, Montenegro
Asia: Shizuoka, Japan
Africa: Sambava, Madagascar
Oceania: Mackay, Queensland
Antarctica: Grytviken, South Georgia

I do that's why I said that almost every place has serious drawbacks. I prefer for temperatures to average around 25C in the summer but the fact that I like my winters cool and wet screws things up. Herceg Novi is actually pretty good, I forgot about that one. Unfortunately choices outside of Europe and western Asia are few and far between.
North America: Owen Sound, Ontario
South America: Esquel, Argentina
Europe: Minsk, Belarus
Asia: Chongjin, North Korea
Africa: Sutherland, South Africa
Oceania: Wanaka, New Zealand
Based on climate only, of course - living in North Korea wouldn't be viable (not that I would want to even if it were).
