I mean I just randomly came across this on google, trying to figure out what my children and I should wear tomorrow. It made me chuckle and think what I usually do...............

The humid x does have a factor.....

30°C+ ..... Thin fabric, shorts, tank, or shorter dress, shorts style romper. Sandals.Pretty much light and less fabric well still being modest....

Until it's 19°C+ do not wear anything above the knees such as the previous category..... Then with 19°C+ I'd wear shorts and T, or maxi style dress, capris. Sandals or a light shoe such as ballet flats. Half my legs and arms exposed as well as light fabrics.

19°C-10°C.....
Pants and T,three quarter inch sleeved shirts. But either way pants. Light shoe or a running type of shoes. Potentially when closer to the 10°C weather a sweater or somewhat light jacket as well.

10°C-0°C.....
Pants, longs sleeve shirt, somewhat heavier jacket, potentially a hat such as a toque. Runners or a lighter style boot.

0°C- -10°C.......
Pants, long sleeve shirt, a T under a sweater combo, thicker fabrics expecially with socks and the jacket. The jacket should have a hood ideally, toque, gloves. Lightly insulated boot.

-10°C - -20 or colder....
Thick fabrics, long sleeve shirt, sweater, thicker socks, heavier coat that's insulated and hood, toque, gloves, scarf.

Colder than -20°C might as well just stay inside unless absolutely necessary to be out in that.

Wind shield factor can be brutal
No thanks on the frost bite...

My opinion on the whole what to wear within the different degrees and seasons....

Today is a chilly 17 degrees and damp with it so I had the coat, hat and umbrella because it also rained somewhat.
