F.. way too cold and snowy in winter. I've been to Northern Quebec before. It's definitely not a place I'd ever want to live.

For average annual temperature of for average annual minimum temps? I think Siberia is probably colder at the same latitude in the winter but warmer in the summer.

Hey. I'd give it an A if I was a huskey.
Seriously, I worked way up north when I was in my 20's. We had a big celebration whenever it snowed in May, June, July or August. A bit of snow and cold weather was great because it killed the bugs for a week or so. Everyone who hasn't been there thinks the cold is the hard part of the north. LOL. The choking, biting,swarming clouds of bloodthirsty bugs are way worse than the cold.
