I love winter and REAL winter weather! Seattle does not normally feature real winter weather, but instead months on end of endless misty drizzle. I would like all four real seasons. Or Alaska, which still does feature all seasons, but winters are colder and longer and summers even more mild than Seattle.

Are there any people that are not part of that group? That actually like winter?

My wife and I like winter time. We love the snow, but hate the ice(on roads especially). I for one love the cold, but hate being cold, make sense?

Makes perfect sense. I too, love the cold weather, but when I look at the thermometer, it's not to determine if I'm going outside, it's to determine how many layers I'm putting on so I can stay comfortable while out there. Cause I AM going out.

Snow looks beautiful and all that, and I'd love to experience a white Christmas, but I can also see the practical inconveniences of living in a climate with lots of snow.

You'd love the U.S., especially where I live. We have plenty of sunny days here and an ample amount of snow too boot, and not frigid cold like the Upper Midwest.

As for me, I think 4 seasons is great. My favorite seasons are fall and spring especially. Fall because the leaves change color and you have that nice fresh crisp breeze blowing through and knocking the leaves off the trees. Spring because it rains more frequently, thunderstorms, wildlife beginning to bloom, and under 80 degrees

I like winter. It's not that I enjoy being cold, I just appreciate any day that's not hot. I also like occasional snow, though I wouldn't want to have to deal with it all the time.

I like the snow that comes with winter. I don't want to be in any place that gets cold but because of dryness is devoid of the white stuff.
