Let's try this one:

Jan: 23/39, precip 2.5, snow 8"
Feb: 25/42, precip 2, snow 6"
Mar: 39/57, precip 3, snow 1"
Apr: 52/71, precip 3
May: 60/79, precip 3
Jun: 65/83, precip 3.5 (a few crazy T-storms just for fun)
Jul: 69/86, precip 3.5, mostly T-storms
Aug: 69/86, precip 3.5, mostly T-storms
Sep: 61/79, precip 2.5
Oct: 47/65, precip 2.5
Nov: 39/57, precip 2.5
Dec: 27/44, precip 2.5

This is basically Philly but with a much better spring.

B+. I could nitpick about winter being slightly too cold and summers being too humid and uncomfortable but in general a very good climate.
