The problem is I haven't been able to find snow stats for Argentine cities. Soon I'm going to go find the stats at the National Weather Service personally and then I'll post them here.

Too cold/windy year round, also cloudy and drizzly. Some decent snowfall saves Ushuaia from an F.

It's pretty good, but my main concern are the winters that are too warm and the summers that are a bit too cool. B-
