Grand Forks is the third-largest city in North Dakota. It hosts the University of North Dakota and Grand Forks AFB. The combined population of Grand Forks and East Grand Forks, MN is almost 100,000 people.

Overall a good climate. Would prefer more snow and rain, but at least the snow is almost guaranteed to stick around.
