I compiled all the daily cold records for Paris and its suburbs to see what it would make. Precipitation and sunshine are a wild guess, but cooler days in winter tend to be sunny and dry whereas in summer they are cloudy and rainy. I wonder if there are places with such precipitation and sunshine patterns.

Great climate. Good temperatures year-round and low annual sunshine. I gave the minus because summers are a tad cooler than I'd like. My ideal summer would be in the 60s to around 70 F.
