I had a hard time choosing, but I finally decided on St. John's. It looks like St. John's has a little more variation, and while it receives snow more often apparently, it receives less in total. To me that's good because I like snow, but huge amounts of snow at a time could probably be really inconvenient. Both climates look very nice to me.
This is a tough one. I think I'll give the edge to St. John's. I would assume they're more likely to get hit by strong wind and rain storms. To make an accurate choice, I would have to spend a few months in each climate. Maybe when I make my millions someday.
Yes, this is really hard for me to choose as well. Juneau's sunny springs compared to St. John's would be a nice way to transition from winter, so I'd choose Juneau over St. John's because of that. However, if climate was only one of several factors, I would choose St. John's

Both are hovering around D-/F+ territory, but I'll give the edge to St. John's and its day of summer.
lol
Drinking alone would probably be my favorite pastime in these places.
