C-. Temps are a bit cooler than Yuma, slightly more wet, but still too hot in summer and too dry.

I give Las Vegas weather a C/C-.
It is too dry and too sunny most of the year.
It also gets a little bit too hot June, July, and August.
However, I do like the temperatures from September to May.
I like that Las Vegas technically does get summer, spring/autumn, and even winter like temperatures and with short winters so at least it has weather variation in temperatures.
But then again, desert scenery can offer some great scenery too so it is good lush scenery, desert scenery, and scenery in the middle of both sides of that continuum exists in different areas of the world.
I just prefer to live in a place with lush scenery and 30 inches+ precipitation.
B- summers just a tad too hot for my ideal but still tolerable (ideal 90-100F) and winters are actually quite brisk... It looks like they get many frosty mornings (32.5 on average per year).

Las Vegas gets a few frosts in winter – but not quite that many (lol). According to their NWS site – Las Vegas averages about 16 frost a year. Winter lows are actually pretty stable, normally only falling to around the mid to upper 30’s.

You got me, that is a bit strange. As you know, NOAA just updated it's 1981- 2010 normals and alot of work went into it, so LV's NWS site should be pretty accurate.
I gave it a "D", but on further examination I'll give it a "C".
It's too arid for a higher grade, and in addition has hot summers.
