I need a certain level of warmth,
else I need to plan activities like heavy excersize
or I will be grumpy and irritable.
I'm happy there's a 24 hr gym nearby, else I wouldn't want to stay here to long.
So it made me wonder what kind of climate is warm enough I wouldn't feel I
NEED a gym membership.
Gauging my reactions and moods to climate stats, I came up with this criteria:
- If it is frequently below 20 C/68 F when I'm awake, I definitely want to hit the gym regularly (to compensate
)
- Winter I'm on the fence about, but any non-winter month would qualify
- this can be skewed a bit to ignore the earliest part of morning and say 1 hr after sunset and I'd still be nonchalant
*So City-Data weather fan members
What do you consider climates where many hours are frequently below 20 C/68 F?*
- Still warm or subtropical?
- Ordinary temperate weather patterns?
- Just cool enough to be liveable?
I thought it might interest or amuse some of our members to know that's what makes me tick, especially our cold-loving members.
