In Americas, DST even starts in the last 2 week of winter.. It is weird having pitch dark at 7am.
Well it will be dark at 7am here until April.

I don't think it should start at all.

I think DST Northern Hemisphere should be first week in April until first week November.

March is a month when a lot of sunlight is gained on the morning because the solar days are less than the mean 24 hours when near equinox.
Let March take care of the morning and then in April there's enough morning light to shift an hour of it onto the evening.

After September it makes sense to stay on DST for a while longer because the September to November solar days are shorter than 24 hours so this helps protect sunrises from getting too late too quickly, so moving the clock an hour back can wait.

No that can't be happening yet in Estonia

Twilight all night will start in May

Sun is now 8 degrees south of equator

You can't be higher than 60 degrees north. At midnight you are 38 degrees below horizon and that's Dark

You can tell it's not totally dark if sun is above 18 degrees under horizon

And at 10pm the sun isn't much higher than where it will be at midnight
