It's more weird for Places like Western Spain, with the midsummer sunrise rougly the same as Singapore, but the midsummer sunset is comparable to Stockholm!!!
For those "lower" latitudes (30-40), and skewed timezone (>2 hrs ahead of solar time), like Spain and western China, the time zone skew effect is more affecting than the latitude effect, so it can affect people's rhythm even the biological clock schedule (it also happens in singapore, west malaysia, even in Aceh, NW Sumatra!!!)
Just asking, doesn't it seem weird to you that 8 pm could be dark at a day and bright at another? Because if it were me, I would feel uncomfortable. Then again, it might be because I'm used to near constant daylight.
Your sunrise/sunset pattern is like Jakarta, with similar 6.2-ish latitude. Only Jakarta's times earlier about a minute.
Earliest sunrise is just few minutes before 7.30am, but experiences a late sunset nearly 10.30pm
In winter : late post-10am sunrise + sun set no earlier than 7.32pm

I personally feel that my changes in daylight is not enough but at the same time I could not stick too much like that.
That is a bit stressful. But then who really lives that far north...

Its not really though.
They have a solar noon 3 hours late so its not typical.
If I had that sunset would be at like 12am but then sunrise would be 7am

I think it would feel more weird to me to have almost constant daylight hours all year long.
I just love the variations we get throughout the year, the early sunset in December (shortly after 4 PM here can sometimes be depressing especially in gloomy weather, but after a while you get used to it).
