Are the short days persuading you to move back to sunnier climes?

Never! Besides, summer days are extremely long here. Besides I'll be spending a month in a sunny climate this winter.

I find it quite annoying. The Sun setting at 10:30pm, it seems unnatural.

Day length reached the 7 hour mark here today. Another hour will be shaved off of that in the coming weeks. Snow should arrive soon, that will make darkness enjoyable rather than depressing. Vitamin D supplements make it a non-issue though.

I'll admit I've been finding the ultra late summer sunsets a bit annoying as well in the last few years. They reach nearly 11 PM here and it only gets to a grayish gloom at night (barely dipping out of civil twilight) with no real darkness. It's fine and dandy if you're a kid on summer vacation but it's a pain trying to go so sleep when the sun is shining, even with windowblinds.

The Early sunrises don't affect me.

Its the late sunsets. Its extremely annoying and feels unhealthy and unnatural. I'd prefer if we'd go on gmt -1 so that we could get 8pm sunsets. At least when the sun rose at 2am we'd all be asleep.

Day length: too short!
Indeed, while short days like these look like a novelty for me, I can imagine getting quickly sick of them.

Even worse when you work. You never see daylight except from a window at work.
