It's perfectly light outside until about midnight, then it gets slightly gloomy for a few hours with a strong orange glow in the north. White nights are great but to be honest I'm starting to miss darkness a little bit.

How is it bright all night there when your only 4 north of me? Yes its bright until 11 but after that you need the car lights on and its dark to the south.
It doesn't even begin to get bright until 4:15. I find this hard to believe, it still gets darkish between 11 and 3. Certainly on a sunny day there is brightness all night to the north at 1am but i've never had it broad daylight at that time.

Well the nautical twilight will last all night from Monday. My mornings are still very late for my latitude, its still dark at 4am which isn't really normal.
Daylength is now 17 hours and 11 minutes, I would like to make that 18 hours.
