B. None of them resemble the comparable month of May here, but B is the best of a bad lot. May should be a month of frost, warm days, warm rain and the first good snowfall on the mountains.

No, I made them up.

"A" is loosely based on a plausible November in my home city - in the beginning, there would be a spurt of record-breaking warmth resembling 1999 or 2001 followed by the arrival of cold air which would remain for the rest of month with occasional breaks.

"B" is what I would consider ideal November weather. Due to its variation and relative warmth, it likely resembles a city in the American mid-South.

"C" is a pure maritime climate, cool and wet with little snow. It is made to resemble coastal Oregon or Washington.

None of the above!!

I'd want 25 out of the 30 days to have very low ceilings (<500 feet), low visibility, along with wind gusts to 35 mph with rain. Temps would be cool but not cold (50's to lower 60's).

Perfect flying weather!!
