B, it's warmer but none of them are really bad. I prefer fall weather in the winter.

A, because I don't mind snow rather than a cold rain. Plus the timing of the snow is nice because of the holidays.
I didn't choose B because too warm in some spots and I don't like to see 80 in November.
C had good overall temps, but too gloomy.

Wow, this is quite detailed. Did you look up November data from various climates?
I would prefer C.
