The sun just went down and the temps keep falling. Our today high was 24C/75F which is quite unusual for this time of the year. Winter is coming now and temps will fall down in the 10C/50F range.
14.5C and misty at 7.30pm. Mist/fog never completely cleared today, though the temperatures have been mild. We have the chance of a completely sunless week here - four whole days completed already, days 5 and 6 forecast to be completely overcast and only 0.5 hours on day 7. Sunless weeks are rare but not unknown here - the last was in January 2010 - but to get one in October is extremely unusual. By contrast, Edinburgh had one in July this year despite 17-18 hours of daylight :-O
Last night, first night over 10°C / 50°F since Sep 16.
